Customized half-day orientations always include school registrations, trips to local hospitals and medical clinics, visits to banks, domestic paperwork instruction and tours of local and ethnic specialty stores. Furthermore, t Works provides a "point of contact" over the first few pivotal months maximizing the chances of developing a productive and loyal staff member. t Works understands the importance of creating an emotional bond by responding to all inquiries, remaining supportive and available.
